NKUMS Chancellor, Dr. Seyed Ahmad Hashemi, expressed his condolence for martyrdom of General Soleimani and his companions in a message.

In the name of Allah

“Martyrdom is an art and belongs to the men of God!” Imam Khomeini (peace be upon him)

 

Haj Qasim Soleimani, a proud soldier of the Islamic Ummah, Revolution and Iran, and a Mujahid, was martyred after missiles shot from American drones targeted his convoy near Baghdad International Airport and after many years of implacable efforts was rewarded by martyrdom. Undoubtedly owing to martyrdom of martyrs such as General Qassim Soleimani, the path of original Islam will be continued by Imam Khomeini followers.

 

On behalf of the NKUMS family I, hereby condemn the perpetrators of this brutal assassination and send our most heartfelt sympathies to Imam Mahdi, our Supreme Leader, and all the lovers and followers of school of martyrdom and sacrifice and all Iranians. The path of this honorable martyr will continue and the proud nation of Iran will certainly respond to this vicious act.
